Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Get4oBack ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Service description

Get4oBack provides access to AI chat powered by OpenAI's GPT-4o API (and related models). We offer subscription plans (Free, Plus, Pro, Unlimited) with different token allowances and features. The Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific model.

Accounts and eligibility

You must create an account with a valid email and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. The Service is intended for individuals; automated or bulk use may be restricted. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe to paid plans.

Plans and payment

The Free plan includes a monthly token allowance that resets every 30 days. Paid plans (Plus, Pro, Unlimited) are billed monthly (or as otherwise stated) via Stripe. Your token allowance resets at the start of each billing period. Our Refund policy describes the 7-day money-back window on first purchase only. You may cancel anytime from your account; Stripe stops future renewals, and access follows what you already paid for through that cycle.

Fair Use (Unlimited plan)

The Unlimited plan offers unlimited tokens subject to Fair Use. Fair Use means we expect usage consistent with normal human conversation and productivity (e.g. personal use, work assistance, learning, creative writing). We do not set a fixed monthly cap on tokens for Unlimited subscribers, but we reserve the right to enforce reasonable limits to prevent abuse, ensure service quality for all users, and control costs.

Examples of use that may fall outside Fair Use and trigger review or restriction include: automated or scripted bulk requests, reselling or redistributing API-style access, systematic extraction of training data, or usage patterns that suggest bot or non-human behavior. We may apply additional technical limits (e.g. rate limits per hour) to protect the service; such limits are designed to be generous for normal use and are communicated in the app (e.g. in the Usage or Dashboard section).

If we believe your usage is inconsistent with Fair Use, we may contact you or temporarily restrict access until the situation is resolved. We will not arbitrarily cut off paying subscribers who use the Service in good faith for personal or professional use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, to violate others' rights, to generate harmful or illegal content, or to circumvent our security or usage limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are abusive. You remain responsible for how you use the outputs of the Service.

Privacy and data

Your conversations are stored encrypted and we do not use your data to train models. We process data as described in our privacy practices and in the app. By using the Service you agree to such processing. You can export or delete your data from your account.

Termination and cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may retain data as required by law or our policies.

Disclaimers

The Service and all content generated are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of outputs. Use of the AI is at your own risk. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated (e.g. by email or notice in the app). Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
