How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Get4oBack Plan
You can upgrade or downgrade your Get4oBack plan anytime from your account. Upgrades are prorated so you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date. How it works and what to expect.
Upgrading (e.g. Free to Plus, Plus to Pro)
Go to your account or billing settings and choose the plan you want. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining days in your current billing cycle. Your new allowance and features (e.g. web search, higher tokens) are available right away. No need to wait for the next period.
Downgrading
If you switch to a lower plan (e.g. Pro to Plus, or Plus to Free), the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. Until then you keep your current plan. That way you do not lose access mid-cycle. After the change, your new allowance and limits apply. You can cancel instead if you want to stop paid access entirely.
Where to change your plan
In Get4oBack, go to your account or billing settings (often under your profile or in the app menu). You will see your current plan and options to upgrade or downgrade. The flow guides you through the change. For upgrades you may be asked to add or confirm payment; for downgrades you just select the new plan and it applies at the next cycle. No need to contact support for plan changes - it is self-serve.
Cancelling vs downgrading
Downgrading moves you to a lower paid plan (e.g. Pro to Plus) or to Free; you keep your account and data. Cancelling stops your paid subscription entirely - you revert to Free at the next billing date and keep your chats. If you cancel, you can resubscribe later and your history will still be there. Refunds follow our policy (e.g. within a short window); check the terms or contact support for your case. Either way, you stay in control and can export your data before or after the change.
When changes take effect
Upgrades apply immediately: you get the new allowance and features as soon as payment is confirmed. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Your usage dashboard (Plus and Pro) shows allowance and use so you can plan. No need to contact support to change plans - everything is in account or billing settings.
Summary
Upgrade anytime; you pay the prorated difference. Downgrade anytime; it applies at the next billing date. Change your plan from account or billing settings. No need to contact support.
